Belphegor (Chasing Shadows)

The mythical underworld is filled with demons from all cultures throughout the centuries. In Peter Binsfeld’s 1589 “Treatise on Confessions by Evildoers and Witches” he labeled Belphegor as one of the “Seven Princes Of Hell”, representing the deadly sin of sloth. He is known for helping people to make discoveries, tricking them by suggestions of ingenious inventions that bring wealth and power.

Today, it seems that another prince - Mammon, who stands for greed, has taken the top spot in our increasingly divided world. But, how would chasing shadows be possible without the brightness of the light?
